1. Service description

The website describes financial planning consultation services focused on retirement preparation and long-term planning. Educational content is general and not tailored to you until we enter a separate written engagement.

2. No investment advice on the site alone

Unless we have a signed advisory agreement and any licenses required by Korean law, website text and email previews are informational only. They are not offers to buy or sell securities or insurance products.

3. Inquiries

Submitting the contact form does not create a client relationship. We may decline engagements that fall outside our scope or compliance posture. Response times are estimates, not guarantees.

4. Fees and packages

Prices, bundles, and credentials are confirmed in writing before billable work begins. Nothing on this site states a fixed fee unless explicitly labeled as confirmed.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, scrape content for republication, or submit unlawful or harassing messages.

6. Intellectual property

Site text, layout, and branding are owned by the Company or licensors. You may print pages for personal reference; commercial reuse requires permission.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted under Korean law, the Company is not liable for indirect damages arising from site downtime, third-party links you follow, or decisions you make without a signed engagement. 8. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Courts in Busan shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer rules provide otherwise.
