Refund and cancellation policy
Refund, cancellation, and rescheduling terms for paid NetCanyon Retirement Planning consultations (proposed terms).

This policy applies when you purchase a paid consultation package from NetCanyon Retirement Planning Co., Ltd. after written confirmation of price and scope.

Eligibility
Refunds apply to prepaid consultation fees that have not yet been fully delivered. Document review or session time already completed is non-refundable except where required by Korean consumer law.
Cancellation by you
- More than 72 hours before a scheduled session: full refund of unused prepaid fees to your original payment method within 7 business days.
- Within 72 hours: one free reschedule per package; otherwise up to 30% of the session fee may be retained to cover reserved time.
- No-show without notice: session fee may be forfeited; remaining package balance refunded pro-rata for undelivered sessions.
Cancellation by us
If we cancel (illness, office closure, conflict of interest), you may choose a full refund or priority rescheduling at no charge.
Partial delivery
If we deliver only part of a multi-session package, unused sessions are refunded pro-rata in KRW, rounded to the nearest 1,000 won unless your invoice states otherwise.
Non-refundable items
Third-party fees (custody charges, government filing fees, courier) and bespoke research already performed at your written request are non-refundable.
Deposits
Deposits holding a calendar slot are refundable under the 72-hour rule above. Deposits applied to completed work convert to non-refundable service fees.
How to request a refund
Email info@netcanyon.digital with your name, invoice reference, and reason. We confirm receipt within 2 business days and process approved refunds within 7 business days to the original payment method where possible.
Rescheduling
One complimentary reschedule per booked session with at least 24 hours’ notice. Additional changes may incur an administrative fee stated on your invoice.
Consumer rights
Nothing here limits mandatory rights under the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce or other applicable Korean law.
